The Defining Decade - Young Adult Support Group (Feb - March 2023)

This is a co-ed, closed group for young adults, ages 20-30, seeking support with navigating careers, love/relationships, and life while discussing the principles of what makes your 20's a "Defining Decade" from the book, The Defining Decade by Dr. Meg Jay

 

Break-up/Divorce Grief Support Group (TBD)

This is a women-only, closed group for individuals experiencing grief due to a break-up, separation, or divorce within the last year and who are seeking support & community, outside of individual therapy.

 

Infertility Support Group (TBD)

This is a women-only, closed group for individuals experiencing more than a year of trouble conceiving/fertility concerns, diagnosed infertility, and/or any other challenges with your family forming journey (i.e. IUI, IVF, Adoption, gestational carrier, etc.) and who are seeking support & community, outside of individual psychotherapy.

 

Career Exploration/Life Design Group (TBD)

This is a co-ed, open group targeted toward college-aged, young adults to early 30-somethings, desiring to explore their career and life goals using tools such as Ikigai, MBTI & Life Design.

 

Renew Psychological Healing (Christian) Support Group (TBD)

This is a women-only, closed group for individuals experiencing mild to moderate mental health concerns who desire to address these concerns through a Christian worldview and prayer and who are seeking support & community, outside of individual psychotherapy.

*All groups meet virtually and vary in type (open for clients to join at any time or closed once the group has started, until the next cycle), schedule (weekly or bi-weekly), and length (6-8 weeks). While it isn't required for you to be seeing me or another individual counselor, to participate in a group, it is highly recommended in order to provide additional support and exploration of the above concerns, which may not always be addressed during group sessions.
